Dangerous Goods Operations

Open

Coordinate dangerous goods booking, warehousing, trucking, declaration, and shipment milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up DG booking, warehouse entry, trucking, customs, maritime declaration, and loading milestones.
  • Coordinate with customers, warehouses, carriers, truckers, customs brokers, and internal teams.
  • Track shipment progress and handle abnormal situations in a timely and responsible manner.
  • Maintain shipment records and support process improvement after each operation.

Requirements

  • Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operation is preferred.
  • Careful, responsible, and able to follow details until completion.
  • Willing to learn dangerous goods export requirements and IMDG-related knowledge.
  • Able to work with deadlines and communicate clearly across multiple parties.

Dangerous Goods Documentation

Open

Review SDS/MSDS, DG Form, booking documents, customs documents, and dangerous goods shipment files.

Responsibilities

  • Review cargo names, SDS/MSDS, UN numbers, hazard classes, packing groups, and packaging information.
  • Prepare or check DG Form, booking documents, declaration materials, and customer files.
  • Identify inconsistent or missing document information before booking and declaration.
  • Work with operations and sales teams to ensure documents match actual cargo and shipment requirements.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and sensitive to document accuracy.
  • Experience in documentation, freight forwarding, chemical products, or foreign trade is preferred.
  • Able to read basic English shipping documents and product information.
  • Patient, organized, and willing to study dangerous goods documentation rules.

DG Agency Sales

Open

Develop and maintain agent and customer relationships for dangerous goods logistics services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop domestic and overseas agents, freight forwarders, factories, and dangerous goods customers.
  • Understand customer cargo details and coordinate with operations to provide feasible shipping solutions.
  • Follow up inquiries, quotations, cooperation progress, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships rather than one-time transaction communication.

Requirements

  • Experience in freight forwarding sales, foreign trade, or B2B customer development is preferred.
  • Good communication skills, service awareness, and follow-up discipline.
  • Willing to learn dangerous goods logistics knowledge and explain solutions clearly to customers.
  • English communication ability is a plus for overseas agent development.

Administration & HR

Open

Support company administration, recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administration, office coordination, attendance, supplies, and internal support.
  • Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Coordinate training, team activities, company culture materials, and internal communication.
  • Support qualification documents, certificates, contracts, and basic administrative archives.

Requirements

  • Careful, practical, and willing to support team operations.
  • Experience in administration, HR, office management, or related work is preferred.
  • Good coordination skills and ability to handle multiple small tasks steadily.
  • Responsible with confidential information and company documents.
